April Presidents Message

Published on 4/1/2024

Dear AZNIGP Members,

I hope this message finds you well and filled with the same sense of pride and accomplishment that I feel as we reflect on the success of our first Career Seminar. Your attendance and enthusiasm made our first in-person training event of this year a resounding success. I want to extend my gratitude to everyone involved in organizing the Career Seminar I, from our new Chair, Jeremiah Weiner, to all the veterans who show up time after time. Your dedication and professionalism ensured that everything ran smoothly, allowing for a seamless learning experience for all members in attendance.

Forum Scholarships and Buyer/Manager of the Year were also announced during the Career Seminar. 1GPA Forum Scholarships were awarded to Selena Leon and Bertha Arenas. Our 1st Timer Forum Scholarship was awarded to Megan Adams. The five $1,000 Forum Scholarships were awarded to Tasia Grzecka, Jesse Atoigue, Jesus Valentin, Alicia Ruiz and Barbara Corella.
