Kristen is a veteran of process improvement, project management, and organizational change. Over the past 14 years, Kristen has been involved in software procurements, process mapping, scope of work development, and professional development and training within Public and Private organizations (including UC Riverside, Discount Tire, APS, University of Carleton and more). She has provided procurement and evaluation oversight, RFP development, vendor pre-proposal briefings, evaluation oversight and participating/performing vendor debriefings on over $1B in procurements. She has also been commissioned to conduct industry research on organizational change and technology adoption by various professional implementations. Kristen is currently assisting Georgia-Pacific (the world's largest tissue products producer and the second-largest US forest products manufacturer) with their software transformation, guiding them with current and future state documentation and visioning. As new tools and software are identified, she's working on assessments, identifying integration requirements, support requirements, and other tie-ins. This initiative is using a Lean/Agile project delivery approach, requiring iterations and sprints over time.
