Topic: Trust and Influence: Ethical Leadership in Complex Environments
Public trust in government has faltered in the recent years. As a result, it is even more important that the stewards of the public and their monies actively make efforts to build and improve the public’s trust in them. This virtual session will demonstrate how ethical decision making and trust play a significant role in building and maintaining the public’s trust. This session is very interactive with class discussions and virtual breakout rooms discussing these topics. This session is intended for all audiences, from leadership to procurement professionals.
