37th ANNUAL REGIONAL CONFERENCE AND VENDOR EXPO
Join the Arizona State Capitol Chapter for a day packed full of educational workshops, professional development experiences, a vendor product show and time to network with other professional peers from all over the state.
Parking Information
Parking is included with your AZNIGP Regional Conference Registration.
Attendees may park at the 3rd Street and Jefferson Garage (261 S 3rd St, Phoenix), located just south of the Phoenix Convention Center.
A parking QR code will be provided to registered attendees closer to the event. Please keep the QR code accessible when arriving at the garage, as it will serve as your paid parking entrance. There are no in and out parking privileges.
Please do not share your QR code. Each QR code is intended for the registered attendees and provides access to the parking included with your registration.
Registration include: Continental breakfast, Lunch: Flame Grilled Chicken with Red Pepper Caponata (GF),
Vegetarian Lasagna, Parmesan Mashed Potatoes (GF), Seasoned Vegetables (GF), Caesar Salad and Assorted Rolls & Butter

2026 Regional Conference Charity Flyer
Arizona State Capitol Chapter has chosen "The HUB" as a charity this year. Members and Vendors can make separate cash donations to the charity, or you are welcome to bring in items from their wish list: non-perishable food items, diapers, feminine hygiene products, socks, laundry detergent.

REFUND POLICY:
Fees will be refunded in full if a written cancellation from the vendor is received no less than seven (7) working days prior to the first day of the event or before registration closes, whichever is later. Substitutions may not be made up to seven (7) working days prior to the event. No refunds or substitutions will be permitted less than seven (7) working days prior to the event.
